ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Construct two eastbound and westbound lanes, separated by a curbed grass median, on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) between U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) and Clayton Park Drive.


INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS

U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike)

  • Upgrade traffic signals
  • Add turn lanes on U.S. 322 to U.S. 1

Evergreen Drive

  • Upgrade traffic signals
  • Reconstruct intersection to provide four through lanes and turn lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)

Spring Valley Road

  • Eliminate through and left turn moves from Spring Valley Road to U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Eliminate left turn from U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)

Fellowship Drive/Station Road North

  • Upgrade traffic signals
  • Reconstruct Fellowship Drive intersection to provide four through lanes
  • Add turn lanes from U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)

Station Road South

  • Eliminate left turns onto U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)

Cambridge Drive

  • Reconstruct the intersection to provide four through lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Construct a westbound left turn lane from U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Eliminate left turns from Cambridge Drive

Merion Drive

  • Eliminate left turn moves at Merion Drive

Mattson Road/Featherbed Lane

  • Upgrade traffic signals
  • Add turn lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Reconstruct the intersection to provide four through lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)

Clayton Park Drive

  • Add a westbound left turn lane on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) at the Clayton Park Drive intersection
  • Reconstruct the intersection to provide four through lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Eliminate left turn moves from Clayton Park Drive
