ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
Section 103 will improve U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) from just east of Chelsea Parkway/Bethel Avenue to just east of Route 452 (Market Street), reconstructing and widening the two-lane section and its intersections to four travel lanes with turn lanes, and reconstructing the four-lane section and widening the shoulders and median.

Cherry Tree Road/Bethel Avenue
- Reconfigure and reconstruct the intersection with U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
- Install a new traffic signal
- Install left turn lanes at the intersection
- Realign Bethel Avenue/Cherry Tree Road intersection to Hilltop Elementary driveway
Route 452 (Market Street) Interchange
- Reconfigure and reconstruct the U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) Interchange
- Add two new traffic signals
- Reconstruct Bethel Avenue from Dutton Street to Route 452 (Market Street)
