Cherry Tree Road/Bethel Avenue

Here is what PennDOT has planned for the Cherry Tree Road/Bethel Avenue intersection:

  • Reconstruct the intersection to provide four through lanes on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) and turn lanes to Bethel Avenue and Cherry Tree Road
  • Realign and reconstruct Bethel Avenue and Cherry Tree Road to provide separate turn lanes and through lanes at the intersection with U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway)
  • Install new traffic signals
  • Construct a Bethel Road connector road to create a new intersection with School Drive
